2. If you want to have another baby, wait at least two years. Your body needs a rest between pregnancies.
3. Increase your activity. Walking is a fun and easy way to get back in shape and stay that way.
4. Keep your appointments for health checkups.
5. Keep up the good work ! Continue to make wise food choices.
