Calling all Thrasher fans to the ice! The team's mascot, Thrash, and player Zach Bogosian will be available to sign autographs on Dec. 18 at the ice rink
for anyone with an ice skating ticket or ticket to the Thrasher's game. They will be skating with children from the CHOICES Foundation and then signing autographs from 6:15 - 6:45 p.m.

"Ends of the Earth: From Polar Bears to Penguins," on view through

January 2, 2009, is a hands-on exploration of the polar regions, the animals

adapted to live there and the explorers who first journeyed into these

extreme environments. The exhibition features games a penguin "ice slide,"

a polar explorers' station, a seven-foot polar bear and penguin suits you can

wear! Plus, the North Pole's mos! t famous resident is featured in the new,

animated IMAX film, "The Light Before Christmas," now showing through
