Bring the whole family and learn while you play at the Park's free Fourth Saturday Family Fun Day. August 23 from noon to 4 p.m. is all about "Games and Gadgets." Recreate the classics with the Atlanta Car Model Enthusiasts or build masterpieces with legos. Enjoy arts and crafts, balloon art, face painting, origami, clowns, lifesize chess games, live entertainment in the Southern Company Amphitheater and so much more! Each Fourth Saturday Family Fun Day offers interactive, entertaining and educational activities for children of all ages. Join us once a month April through September for a different theme. Kickoff College Football Season at the Park

Calling all college football fans! The Chick-fil-A Bowl and ESPN have teamed up to create the ultimate college football season kickoff event. Watch firsthand ESPN's College Football Live show in the Park Thursday, Aug. 28 at 3:30 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 29 at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, enjoy a day-long celebration with interactive games and entertainment. Beginning at 10 a.m., ESPN's Chris Fowler, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard will break down all the big match-ups of the first Saturday of the season and set the stage for the Chickfil-A College Kickoff game between Alabama and Clemson that night at 8 p.m. in the Georgia Dome.
