Heart Put Your In It

Acclaimed trumpeter Chris Botti brings together some of today's top performers in a new special that is sure to put a "Smile" on your face. In a rare performance, Aerosmith legend Steven Tyler dedicates the famous Charlie Chaplin tune to his father. Sting, John Mayer, Katharine McPhee, Josh Groban, and Yo-Yo Ma also join with Botti in the special, Chris Botti: Live In Boston. Tuesday, December 8 at 8 PM. GPB kicks off a month of eclectic programming with Celtic Woman: Songs From The Heart. The new special features the internationally popular group in performances ranging from spirited Celtic fiddle and bodhran pieces to contemporary covers and original compositions. Songs include Andrew Lloyd Weber's "Pie Jesu," Sting's "Fields of Gold," and Billy Joel's "Good Night My Angel." Thursday, December 3 at 7 PM. Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. returns as series host, guiding genealogical investigations with cutting-edge genetic analysis that locates participants' ancestors in Africa, Europe and America.

The owner, who acquired the garments for $50 and conducted some "forensic analysis" with a photo and a magnifying glass, discovers he's hit one out of the park when an appraiser reveals the uniform's staggering value of $60,000 to $80,000.
