GAcollege411 Website Update
We launched a new version of the GAcollege411 website on July 29th. With the launch of the new site, we also changed the tag line to "Expand Your Opportunities." We feel that this represents what the site is all about. No matter your age or grade level, users can explore new opportunities. Users can explore careers, post-secondary institutions, the local or national job market and much more. We hope that you have had an opportunity to explore the new website. We would love to hear your feedback and suggestions to improve the site even more.
Training Updates
The Client Services Staff are busy conducting webinars and face to face training sessions on the new GAcollege411 across the state. We are scheduling more sessions each week. Please be sure to check the Events Calendar to find a session near you. Please click on the month of October without selecting a role to see the events available.
Record Breaking Month
The month of August was a record breaking month for GAcollege411 accounts. We had 39,684 accounts created during August, which is an average of 1,280 accounts created each day. The previous record was set in September of 2008 when we had 37,391 accounts created.
