GAcollege411 New Staff Deseree Edwards joined the GAcollege411 staff as our Program Manager on July 1st. She comes to us from Northern Illinois University. She is working closely with the GSFC team on the Education and Career Planning Tool project with DOE, USG and DTAE. You can reach Deseree at 770-724-9048 or Desereee@gsfc.org.
Enhancements to the GAcollege411 website
One of our major projects for FY08 is redesigning our Homepage. We will send a survey to admissions and financial aid offices in the Fall for redesign suggestions;
Look for the Spanish translation of our Paying for College information to launch mid to late September; We hope to have the Adult Learner tab translated by the end of the year;
We now have online applications for 100% of the University System schools with the addition of the applications for the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech and the Medical College of Georgia;
Grady Healthcare Systems will soon launch their Campus Tour on the site. Look for their tour by late Fall;
Students may now apply for their Federal PIN through the homepage link on GAcollege411.
