APT Building Technology Heritage Library
Preservationists have a new on-line research tool at their disposal: the Association for Preservation Technology's (APT) Building Technology Heritage Library is a web-based digitized collection of out-ofcopyright architectural publications, construction trade catalogs and related publications dating from the early nineteenth century through 1963. Digital access to the material makes it possible to examine a wide range of plan book catalogs, information about building materials and other popular materials that architects, builders and contractors used for over a century.
