By: Senator Cheeks of the 23rd: A BILL to amend an Act entitled "An Act to provide that the governing authority of Richmond County shall be a board of commissioners consisting of a chairperson-mayor and ten members" so as to provide that the chairperson-mayor shall have a vote in matters before the board of commissioners only to make or break a tie vote or to create a majority vote of six; and for other purposes.
