HB 1446 by Representative Wilson of the 80th CITY OF BROOKHAVEN: House Bill 1446 repeals provisions regarding expenditure of funds relating to the city of Brookhaven's authorization to levy an excise tax.
HB 1468 by Representative Benton of the 31st TOWN OF PENDERGRASS: House Bill 1468 provides for the immediate termination, upon approval of a referendum, of the terms of office of the current mayor and councilmembers of the town of Pendergrass. The bill also provides for the terms of the initial successors of office.
HB 1489 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Momtahan of the 17th PAULDING COUNTY: House Bill 1489 requires fire hazard reviews prior to the issuance of building and land disturbance permits by the Paulding County Commission.
HB 1535 by Representative Taylor of the 173rd GRADY COUNTY: House Bill 1535 provides that the development of trade, commerce, industry, and employment opportunities are additional purposes of the Grady County Lake Authority.
HB 1536 by Representative Greene of the 151st LOWER CHATTAHOOCHEE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY: House Bill 1536 adds Harris County and Cusseta-Chattahoochee County to the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Transportation Authority.
HB 1537 by Representative Seabaugh of the 34th COBB COUNTY: House Bill 1537 changes the salary of the chief deputy clerk and the clerk of the Cobb County State Court. The chief deputy clerk shall be paid $110,641.87 and the clerk shall be paid $122,935.06.
HB 1538 by Representative Anulewicz of the 42nd CITY OF SMYRNA: House Bill 1538 provides for the annexation of territory into the boundaries of the city of Smyrna.
HB 1539 by Representative Burchett of the 176th CITY OF WAYCROSS: House Bill 1539 adds two additional directors to the Waycross Convention and Visitors Bureau Authority.

HB 1540 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Allen of the 40th COBB COUNTY: House Bill 1540 changes the compensation of the Cobb County tax commissioner and certain employees of the tax commissioner's office. The tax commissioner shall receive a supplement not to exceed $32,433 and the chief clerk shall receive an annual salary of $135,129. The executive secretary and the administrative specialist's salaries shall not exceed $71,111.
HB 1541 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Allen of the 40th COBB COUNTY: House Bill 1541 changes the compensation of the sheriff, chief deputy, assistant chief deputy, and executive assistant to the sheriff of Cobb County. The sheriff's salary shall not exceed $192,000, and the chief deputy's salary shall be no less than $168,000 and no more than $172,000. The assistant chief deputy's salary shall be no less than $163,000 and no more than $168,000. The executive assistant to the sheriff shall be paid no less than $82,050 and no more than $87,250.
HB 1552 by Representative Jackson of the 64th UNION CITY: House Bill 1552 creates the Union City Public Facilities Authority.
HB 1557 by Representative Gravely of the 67th PAULDING COUNTY: House Bill 1557 provides for the duties, powers, and role of the county manager of Paulding County.
HB 1558 by Representative Smyre of the 135th COLUMBUS-MUSCOGEE COUNTY: House Bill 1558 revises the districts for the election of members of the Columbus-Muscogee City Council.
HB 1561 by Representative Bentley of the 139th MACON COUNTY: House Bill 1561 revises the compensation of the Macon County Board of Education. Each member shall receive $300 for each day of attendance at meetings of the board and while meeting or traveling on official business authorized by the majority of the board.
HB 1562 by Representative Ralston of the 7th GILMER COUNTY: House Bill 1562 authorizes the assessment and collection of a technology fee by the Gilmer County Probate Court.
HB 1564 by Representative Pruitt of the 149th WHEELER COUNTY: House Bill 1564 changes the description of the election districts of the Wheeler County Board of Commissioners.
HB 1565 by Representative Mallow of the 163rd CITY OF SAVANNAH: House Bill 1565 revises provisions relating to the appointment of members to the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority.

HB 1566 by Representative Houston of the 170th BERRIEN COUNTY: House Bill 1566 authorizes the assessment and collection of a technology fee by the Berrien County Probate Court.
HB 1567 by Representative Cameron of the 1st DADE COUNTY: House Bill 1567 changes the description of the Dade County Board of Education's districts.
HB 1568 by Representative Williamson of the 115th WALTON COUNTY: House Bill 1568 creates the Walton County Public Facilities Authority.
HB 1572 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Cheokas of the 138th SUMTER COUNTY: House Bill 1572 provides that the members of the Sumter County Board of Elections and Registration shall receive no compensation for their services, except as authorized by written resolution of the Sumter County Board of Commissioners.
HB 1573 by Representative Yearta of the 152nd WORTH COUNTY: House Bill 1573 creates the Worth County Building Authority.
HB 1574 by Representative Taylor of the 173rd CITY OF CAIRO: House Bill 1574 changes the description of the Cairo City Council districts.
HB 1575 by Representative Crowe of the 110th BUTTS COUNTY: House Bill 1575 increases the size and reconstitutes the members of the Butts County, City of Flovilla, City of Jackson, and City of Jenkinsburg Water and Sewer Authority.
HB 1577 by Representative Davis of the 87th DEKALB COUNTY: House Bill 1577 provides a fee for the removal of certain personal property following execution of writs of possession. A fee of up to $150 shall be charged to remove personal property left at least five business days after execution of a writ of possession.
HB 1579 by Representative Buckner of the 137th CITY OF WOODLAND: House Bill 1579 provides a new charter for the city of Woodland.
HB 1581 by Representative Ridley of the 6th CITY OF VARNELL: House Bill 1581 changes the corporate boundaries of the city of Varnell.
HB 1582 by Representative Momtahan of the 17th CITY OF DALLAS: House Bill 1582 authorizes the assessment and collection of a technology fee by the Dallas Municipal Court.

HB 1583 by Representative Momtahan of the 17th CITY OF DALLAS: House Bill 1583 authorizes the governing authority of the city of Dallas to levy an excise tax.
HB 1584 by Representative Momtahan of the 17th CITY OF DALLAS: House Bill 1584 authorizes the city of Dallas to exercise all redevelopment powers found in the Georgia Constitution and Code.
SB 615 by Senator Mullis of the 53rd TOWN OF LYERLY: Senate Bill 615 provides for the annexation of certain territory into the town of Lyerly.
SB 616 by Senator Mullis of the 53rd CHATTOOGA COUNTY: Senate Bill 616 changes the compensation of the solicitor-general of the Chattooga County State Court. The solicitor-general shall be paid an annual salary equal to 85 percent of the salary of the state court judge, not including any local supplements.
SB 624 by Senator Anavitarte of the 31st CITY OF CEDARTOWN: Senate Bill 624 creates the Cedartown Public Facilities Authority.
