LOCAL LEGISLATION WITH SENATE CHANGES: AGREE TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE OR AMENDMENT (REQUISITE HOUSE DELEGATION SIGNATURES OBTAINED)
HB 685 by SENATE SUBSTITUTE by Representative Bentley of the 139th CITY OF FORT VALLEY: House Bill 685 provides for the establishment and powers of the Fort Valley Utility Commission. The bill also states the commission shall annually pay to the city of Fort Valley, in lieu of franchise fees, the greater of $1.25 million or 6 percent of all revenue collected for charges for services for the year.
