HB 631 by Representative Holmes of the 129th BUTTS COUNTY: House Bill 631 provides that the sum of $15 of each case wherein a fine is collected or a bond is forfeited and collected shall be paid to the treasurer of Butts County for the purpose of maintaining the Historic Butts County Courthouse.
HB 632 by Representative Jasperse of the 11th PICKENS COUNTY: House Bill 632 revises the education districts of the Pickens County Board of Education by dividing Pickens County into five education districts for the purpose of electing members to the board.
HB 633 by Representative Williamson of the 115th CITY OF MONROE: House Bill 633 authorizes the assessment and collection of a technology fee by the municipal court of the city of Monroe.
HB 637 by Representative Hawkins of the 27th CITY OF LULA: House Bill 637 creates the Lula Development Authority.
HB 640 by Representative Corbett of the 174th WARE COUNTY: House Bill 640 provides that the clerk of the Ware County Superior Court shall also be the clerk of the Ware County State Court.

EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE:
HB 635 by Representative Cannon of the 58th CITY OF ATLANTA: House Bill 635 provides a $30,000 homestead exemption from city of Atlanta ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes for each resident who holds real property subject to a written lease having an initial term of not less than 99 years with a landlord that is an entity exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code and who owns all improvements located on the real property.
