HB 1038 by Representative Rhodes of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: A Bill to authorize the City of Eatonton to levy a hotel/motel tax.
HB 1042 by Representative Kelley of the 16th POLK COUNTY: A Bill to amend an Act to create a Board of Commissioners of Roads and Revenues, so as to change provisions relating to the filling of vacancies in the offices of members of the governing authority.
HB 1044 by Representative Corbett of the 174th LOWNDES COUNTY: A Bill to repeal the amendment to the Constitution of Georgia providing the election of the Board of Tax Assessors of Lowndes County and thereby end the elective terms of members of the Board of Tax Assessors of Lowndes County on December 31, 2020.
