HB 380 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Riley of the 50th FULTON COUNTY: A Bill to amend the act which created a system of pension and retirement pay for the Fulton County Board of Education so as to provide that it shall be the plan sponsor and funding agent of such plan, to provide for the administration of the plan through a committee of the board of education, to provide for a committee known as the pension board, and to provide for the membership and duties of the pension board.
