Bill Summary: House Resolution 898 recognizes and condemns threats of violence against Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). In relation to the recent bomb threats made to several HBCUs this year, the Georgia House of Representatives reaffirms its support for HBCUs and their students as well as its commitment to combat violence against HBCUs.
