Bill Summary: This bill provides for a nonbinding advisory referendum to determine if the electors in Jefferson County desire the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners to levy an additional ad valorem tax to provide funds for the Jefferson County Hospital Authority's services and facilities and to retire hospital debt.
