Sess., p. 272), so as to change the composition of the election districts from which the members of the Board of Education of Barrow County are elected; to define certain terms; to provide for continuation in office of persons serving as members of the board on a certain date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
