State Representative Clay Cox Appointed to the House Banks & Banking Committee

Atlanta - Last week, House Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Hiram) announced the appointment of State Representative Clay Cox (RLilburn) to the House Banks & Banking Committee. The committee works with legislation regarding the financial institutions of the state.

"I am honored that the Speaker would consider me for service on

the Banks & Banking Committee. I look forward to working with

Chairman Mills on the important issues facing our state's financial

institutions," said Rep. Cox.

the House membership because of the acceptance of Rep. Phyllis

Miller's resignation from the House to take a judicial appointment,
