Speaker Richardson appoints a House HOPE Scholarship Program Study Committee
Atlanta Today House Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Hiram) appointed State Representatives Bill Hembree (R-Douglasville), James Mills (RGainesville), Mike Coan (R-Lawrenceville), Bob Smith (R-Watkinsville), and Ed Rynders (R-Albany) to the House HOPE Scholarship Program Study Committee. Rep. Bill Hembree will be serving as the Chair of the Study Committee. Rep. Bill Hembree is the Chairman of the House Higher Education Committee.

The committee will study the conditions, needs, issues, and problems
