Committee State Representative Butch Parrish Appointed to George L. Smith II World Congress Center Authority Overview Committee Atlanta State Representative Butch Parrish (D- Swainsboro) was appointed to the George L. Smith II World Congress Center Authority Overview Committee by House Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Dallas).
The Authority serves as both owner and operator of the Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park and is directly responsible for promoting and servicing regional, national and international events, conventions and trade shows. These events have all proven to economically benefit the state of Georgia.
Representative Parrish is also a Member of the Appropriations, Economic Development & Tourism and Rules Committees of the House. Contact:
