Fallen Soldier Honored
Atlanta State Representative Chuck Sims, D-Douglas, asked the House of Representatives to have a moment of silence on Tuesday to remember Ricky L. Crockett, 38, of Boxton Georgia, who was killed in Bagdad on Sunday when an improvised explosive devise destroyed the truck he was driving. He was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division.
Rep. Sims will introduce a resolution later in the session in his memory to be presented on the floor of the House to his parents.
