Jamieson Helps Secure Grant for Water Sytem Improvements in Baldwin
Atlanta - Representative Jeanette Jamieson, (D-Toccoa), announces a grant has been awarded in the amount of $500,000 for water system improvements in the city of Baldwin. The grant was awarded by Governor Sonny Perdue and will be administered through the Community Development Block Grant Program.
"These needed funds will improve the city of Baldwin's water system," said Rep. Jamieson. "Updating our infrastructure promotes economic growth for our area and leads to a better living environment for citizens."
"I'd like to thank everyone involved in securing this much needed funding. This is money well spent," said Rep. Jamieson.
