A., relating to crimes and offenses, so as to provide for an increased cnminal penalty with respect to the theft of anhydrous ammonia; to prohibit certain activities with respect to anhydrous ammoma; to provide for criminal penalties; to change certain provisions regardmg the purchase, possession, manufacture. distribution, or sale of controlled substances or marijuana; to prohibit certain activities with respect to methamphetamine or amphetamine; to provide for criminal penalties; to amend Code Section 40-16-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to civil monetary penalties, so as to provide for such penalties against persons who transport methamphetamine, amphetamine. or anhydrous ammonia; and for other purposes.
