A bill to amend an Act revising, superseding, and consolidating the laws relating to the governing authority of DeKalb County, as amended, so as to provide for the Presiding Officer of the Commission and not the Chief Executive Officer to preside over and prepare the agenda for Commission meetings; to authorize the Commission to obtain legal counsel from the County Attorney.

SB 341. By Senator Gochenour of the 27th:
A bill to amend Article 2 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to licenses to practice medicine, so as to provide that individuals have the right to be provided with any medical treatment desired or authorized under certain conditions; to provide immunity from disciplinary actions.

A bill to amend an Act creating the State Court of Cobb County, as amended, so as to change the compensation of the solicitor-general.

SB 343. By Senator Langford of the 29th:
A bill to amend Chapter 34 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to powers of municipal corporations generally, so as to provide for restrictions on the provision of services by municipalities in competition with private providers; to provide that certain laws, rules, and regulations shall be applicable to entities created or authorized by such municipalities to compete with private providers.
