A bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 39 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to minors in general, so as to provide that persons who operate computer facilities which contain material which is harmful to minors shall take appropriate precautions not to violate the laws prohibiting electronic dissemination of such material to minors.

A bill to amend Article 8 of Chapter 10 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to magistrate training, so as to change the appointing authority of magistrates to serve on the Magistrate Court Training Council; to provide for appointment by the President of the Magistrate Council.
