A bill to amend Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the landlord and tenant relationship in general, so as to require disclosure of the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the owners and managers of rental real property to members of the public.

A bill to amend Code Section 16-14-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the findings and intent of the General Assembly regarding the "Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act," so as to clarify the findings a.nd intent of the General Assembly that the provisions of said Act apply to interrelated patterns of criminal activity motivated by or the effect of which is pecuniary gain or economic or physical threat or injury to others.

A bill to amend Article 5 of Chapter 10 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to offenses related to judicial and other proceedings, and Chapter 1 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to labor and industrial relations, so as to provide or change penalties for certain threats to the integrity of judicial and administrative proceedings.
