A bill to amend Code Section 28-2-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to apportionment and qualifications for the Senate, so as to provide for the description of senatorial districts 48 and 56; to provide for the election of members of the Senate; to provide for the continuation of present senatorial districts until a certain time; to provide for applicability to certain primary and general elections.

A bill to amend an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the carrying and possession of firearms, so as to change the provision relating to carrying a concealed weapon; to prohibit the concealed carrying of a pistol, revolver, or concealable firearm under certain conditions.

A bill to amend Article 1 of Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to insurance, so as to provide that an insurer may not refuse to renew a policy of casualty insurance covering residential property or an individual or group accident and sickness policy because of certain reports identifying the insured as a victim of family violence.
