L. 1989, p. 3546), as amended, particularly by an Act approved February 15, 2012 (Ga. L. 2012, p. 3564), so as to change the descriptions of the commissioner districts; to provide for definitions and inclusions; to provide for continuation in office of the current chairperson and members; to provide effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
