L. 1996, p. 3813), so as to remove a maximum salary amount and provide for the authority of the sheriff of Cherokee County over personnel matters; to repeal provisions regarding the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Termination Review Board; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 1992, p. 7003), as amended, so as to increase the exemption amount to $50,000.00; to provide for applicability; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
