Labor department to help Fulton County sheriff's office recruit workers in Atlanta
ATLANTA The Georgia Department of Labor will help the Fulton County sheriff's office fill about 200 job openings at a mass recruitment on Wednesday, March 7, from 1-6 p.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center, located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard in Atlanta.
The labor department will help personnel from the sheriff's office that will be on hand to accept applications and perform pre-screening interviews for deputy sheriffs, detention officers, and specialists in documents and record-keeping.
Applicants must bring a driver's license and birth certificate to the interview and be prepared to spend at least two hours completing an application and interviewing. All applicants must have no history of criminal activity.
