WINS STATE LABOR DEPARTMENT

NEWSLETTER CORRESPONDENT AWARD

ATLANTA -- Greg Smith, left, of Atlanta, a senior audit and tax collection agent with the Georgia Department of Labor's central office, has won the department's Newsletter Correspondent Award. The award recognizes the best correspondent for Georgia IAPES NEWSLINE, the official publication of the Georgia Chapter of the International Association of Personnel in Employment Security (IAPES), the professional organization of the labor department. The award was presented by Ken Hain of Atlanta, right, the president of the Georgia chapter of IAPES, at the organization's 55th annual educational conference held recently at Jekyll Island.
