The State Health Plarurlng Agency hereby annowices its intent to repeal in its entirety rules 272-2-.09 (21), Special Care Units and 272-2-.01 Definitions, (27) Special Care Units. Written comments must be submitted to the Plarurlng Agency no later than the close of business at 5:00 P.M. on August 28, 1997. Unless revision of the referenced rule is indicated as a result of public comments, the repeal of this rule will be effective as ofSeptember22, 1997.
