Don't miss this new series! "On this day..."
The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust is launching a new educational series "On this day..." which will provide summaries of historical events as the anniversaries fall on the current calendar. Information can be found online each month as well as in the Anne Frank in the World: 1929-1945 exhibit in Sandy Springs. Be sure to follow the exhibit on Twitter and Facebook for daily updates and further information like photos, maps, and videos.
This fall marks the 70th anniversary of the arrest, deportation, and imprisonment of the occupants of the Secret Annex. Click here to learn what happened in September of 1944.

The 20th Century with Mike Wallace: Nazis in America

Home school students and teachers are invited to the Anne Frank in the World: 1929-1945 exhibit in Sandy Springs on September 29, 2014, for a special home school program about Anne Frank and the Holocaust. Click here to learn more.
"Witness to the Holocaust" exhibit on display in Newnan
The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust and the Coweta County School System are bringing the travelling exhibit "Witness to the Holocaust: WWII Veteran William Alexander Scott III at Buchenwald" to Newnan High School. The exhibit will be on display to educators and students of all Coweta schools in the Newnan High School media center from September 1 to September 26, 2014. Click here for details.
