HB 1040, Amendments to Nurse Practice Act, passed the House on Friday, 162 to 0! It has not yet been read in the Senate. SB 161, establishing a state Autism task force passed the Senate. And SR 1324, resolving to refrain use of the term "mental retardation" passed the Senate.
