support project. It is designed and led by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities to become leaders in

their local communities, in the state and in the nation. The criteria for selection include: Living in Georgia, having a

disability, a strong interest in disability rights advocacy, commitment to attend the four training and support sessions

June 23 marks the 4th Anniversary of the Olmstead decision. Olmstead was an historic Supreme Court decision that ruled that it is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to discriminate against people with disabilities by providing services only in institutions when they could
