A PROCLAMATION
MANAGEMENT WEEK
WHEREAS:
Responsible and resourceful management practices are vital to the success of business, education, and industry; and
WHEREAS:
Any improvement or innovation an organization undergoes depends on quality leadership in place to implement that improvement or innovation; and
WHEREAS:
Our nation's free enterprise system is dependent upon sound, efficient management and leadership that fully utilizes the full spectrum of resources, as well as the talents and abilities of each individual within any organization; and
WHEREAS:
The National Management Association (NMA) is the largest non-profit organization of its type with more than 13,000 members. Organizations like NMA are dedicated to improving management and business productivity, and continually strive towards increasing their knowledge and experience regarding effective management principles; now
THEREFORE: I, NATHAN DEAL, Governor of the State of Georgia, do hereby proclaim June 6-12, 2016 as MANAGEMENT WEEK in Georgia.
In witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the Executive Department to be affixed this 15th day of April in the year of our Lord two thousand sixteen.
