Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 38-2-150, an Adjutant General of Georgia is to be appointed by and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED in me as Governor of the State of Georgia, it is HEREBY
That Major General Joseph F. Jarrard of Cobb County, Georgia, is hereby appointed to serve as Adjutant General of Georgia with an effective date of January 14, 2019.
