EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

WHEREAS:

The State of Georgia holds title to approximately 10.60 acres of improved real property (the "Property"), by virtue of a Limited Warranty Deed dated June 30, 2004, from Robert Pattillo Properties, Inc., successor by name change to Rockdale Industries, Inc., a Georgia Corporation, being recorded in Deed Book 16327, Page 598, in the office of the Clerk ofSuperior Court of DeKalb County and on file with the State Properties Commission Real Property Records as RPR 010995; and

WHEREAS:

Said Property is in the custody of the Georgia Department of Transportation and is situated in Land Lot 42 of the 16th Land District of DeKalb County, Georgia, as more fully depicted in that survey attached hereto as Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference; and

WHEREAS:

The Georgia Department of Transportation, by Quitclaim Deed-Custodial Rights dated December 14, 2017, declared the DeKalb County Park and Ride (hereinafter the "Park and Ride") to be surplus to its needs and requested that the State Properties Commission take steps to surplus the Park and Ride; and

WHEREAS: The State Road and Tollway Authority Board resolved on June 19, 2018, to accept custody of the Property for continual use of the Park and Ride.

NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THEAUTHORflYVESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

That custody of the above-defined Property located in DeKalb County, Georgia is hereby transferred from the Georgia Department of Transportation to the State Road and Tollway Authority.

THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO any utilities facilities pennitted by the Department of Transportation, and any utilities existing on the property at the time of this transfer.
