EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

WHEREAS:

The State of Georgia holds title to approximately 8.74 acres of improved real property (the "Property"), by vhtue of a General Warranty Deed dated July 23, 2004, from Melvin Hugh Howard, Randall C. Howard, Brenda H. Wallace, Charlotte H. Satterfield, and Vera H. Green, being recorded in Deed Book 3434, Page 433-435 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Forsyth County and on file with the State Properties Commission Real Property Records as RPR 010017; and

WHEREAS:

Said Property is in the custody of the Georgia Department of Transportation and is situated in Land Lot 226 of the 2nd District of the 1st Section of Forsyth County, Georgia, as more fully depicted in that survey attached hereto as Exhibit "A!' which is incorporated herein by reference; and

WHEREAS: The Georgia Department of Transportation, by Quitclaim Deed-Custodial Rights

dated December 14, 2017, declared Property, which includes the Forsyth County

Park and Ride Lot, to be surplus to its needs and requested that the State Properties

Commission take steps to surplus the Property; and

WHEREAS: The State Road and Tollway Authority Board resolved on June 19, 2018 to accept custody of the Premises for continual use of the Park and Ride Lot.

NOW,THEREFORE,PURSUANTTOTHEAUTHORITYVESTEDIN.MEASGOVERNOR

OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

That custody of the above-defined Property located in Forsyth County, Georgia is

hereby transferred from the Georgia Department of Transportation to the State

Road and Tollway Authority.
