EXECUTIVE ORDER

Senate Bill 356, enacted as Act Number 442, provides that the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust shall be assigned to the Department of Community Affairs for administrative purposes; and
Previously, the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust was assigned to the Office of the Secretary of State pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-12131 (2017); and
House Bill684, the Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2019, enacted as Act Number 301, provides for appropriations for the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust through the Office of the Secretary of State to which the Commission was assigned for administrative purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
That, for purposes of administration of the Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2019, the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust will be assigned as a new budgetary program to the Department of CommunityAffairsfor administrative purposes only, consistent with O.C.G.A. 50-12-131 (2018).
