THE STATE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:
WHEREAS:
On February 28, 2017, Executive Order 02.28.17.02 was issued appointing Representative Amy Carter, and other members of Georgia General Assembly, to serve on the Fiscal Affairs Subcommittee for a term concurrent with their terms as members of the Georgia General Assembly; and
WHEREAS:
A vacancy now exists on the Fiscal Affairs Subcommittee due to the December 31, 2017, resignation of the Honorable Amy Carter from the Georgia House of Representatives.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED:
That Representative Trey Kelley is appointed to serve on the Fiscal Affairs Subcommittee for a term concurrent with his term of office as a member of the General Assembly.
