THE STATE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:
Whereas:
The State of Georgia holds title to certain real property by virtue of two General Warranty Deeds dated August 2, 2004, and June 30, 2008, from Cedartown Development Authority for approximately 3.057 acres, recorded in Polk County Clerk of Superior Court in Deed Book 1291, Page 0295 and Deed Book 1028, Page 251, respectively, and more particularly shown on those surveys attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter the "Property"); and
Whereas:
Said Property is in the custody of the Georgia Department of Labor; and
Whereas:
The Property is improved with those facilities and structures which are collectively known as "Cedartown Career Center", more particularly depicted in that aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS Governor of the state of Georgia, it is hereby
Ordered:
That custody of the above-defined Property located in Polk County,
Georgia is hereby transferred from the Georgia Department of Labor to the Technical College System of Georgia.
