EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

Mr. Joel E. Harrell, III, Resident Vice President of Norfolk Southern Corporation, has made application for appointment of Chadwick J. Wood as Special Officer of the State of Georgia; and
Said application appears to be in due form and in compliance with O.C.G.A. 46-8-230 through 232.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
That Chadwick J. Wood be and is hereby ordered as a Special Officer, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, with duties and powers as provided by the terms of the Act cited above, as long as he is in the employ of said company and as provided by law. As such, he shall receive no compensation from the State of Georgia or any county thereof.
IT IS FURTHER
That the Secretary of State is hereby authorized and directed to issue a commission as Special Officer to Chadwick J. Wood.
