EXECUTIVE ORDER

The State of Georgia holds title to certain real property by viitue of a January 13, 2016 general warranty deed from Church & Swan Propetties, LLC, Savannah Apts-Phase I Series for approximately 4.51 acres recorded in Houston County Clerk of Superior Comt in Deed Book 7054, Pages 61-63 (the "Property"); and
Said Propetiy is in the custody of the Depattment of Natural Resources (the "Department") and was acquired as part of the Robins Air force Base Buffer Project; and
The Propetiy is located at 217 Tabor Drive in Warner Robins and is improved witl1 eleven (II) apartment buildings totaling an approximate 33,894 square feet. Nine (9) ofthe eleven (II) apartment buildings are larger than 2,000 square feet, totaling an approximate 31,038 squme feet, as shown in that aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Structures"); and
Said Structures are identified by the Depmtment to be in conflict with the benefits of creating a buffer of open space to help preserve the mission and conservation values of Robins Air Force Base, are declared to have no value, and staff of the Depattment recommended the removal of the Structures; and
The Board of Natural Resources on December I, 2015 resolved to recommend the removal of the Structures and requested that the State Propetties Commission seek atl Executive Order from the Governor to allow for the razing, demolition, and disposal of the Structure as in the best interest of the State of Georgia; and
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
The Depattment of Natural Resources is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the razing, demolition and disposal of said Structures under the terms and conditions which are deemed to be in the best interests of the State of Georgia.
