That the Honorable Thomas Mobley of Coweta County, Georgia, is appointed to serve as a member of the State Board of Registration of Used Car Dealers and Motor Vehicle Part Dealers, for a term of office ending June 30,2019, to succeed the Honorable J. "Mickey" Fanner, whose term expired June 30,2015.
