EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

FLAGS ON STATE CAPITOL BUILDING AND GROUNDS ORDERED LOWERED TO HALF-STAFF

The Honorable Harry Geisinger, the District 48 representative in the Georgia House of Representatives, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015; and
Mr. Geisinger was dedicated to public service having served 16 years in the Georgia House of Representatives and had previously held the prestigious honor of being appointed by Ronald Reagan as the Administrator of the Southeastern Power Administration; and
Representative Geisinger was active in his community, and extended his services to the Roswell Rotary, the Georgia Youth Soccer Association, and the Georgia State Soccer Association; and
It is fitting and proper to remember and honor Mr. Geisinger for his dedicated service to our state.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN HONOR AND MEMORY OF THE HONORABLE HARRY GEISINGER, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
That the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Georgia shall be flown at half-staff on the State Capitol building and grounds on Saturday, May 9, 2015, the day of his interment, until sunset.
