THE STATE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:
The Department of Natural Resources has requested permission to demolish a structure that is in poor condition at Georgia Veteran's Memorial State Park, in Crisp County, for the purpose of redeveloping the area for a marina restaurant; and
Said structure has been declared by the commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources to be of no sendee value and of no value to the Department; and
It has been determined that the structure is not eligible for inclusion in the Georgia or National Register of Historic Places; and
The commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources has requested that said structure be demolished as soon as possible.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA BY VIRTUE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF GEORGIA ANNOTATED 50-16-14, IT IS HEREBY
That the Department of Natural Resources is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the demolition and disposal of the aforesaid structure under the terms and conditions that are in the best interest of the State of Georgia.
