BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: All Georgians are deeply saddened by the death of the Honorable Harold Mann, Representative of the 5th District; and WHEREAS: Representative Mann served the State with distinction as Representative of the 5th District for 10 years. NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That the flag of the United States and the flag of this State be flown at half-staff on all buildings and grounds from this date until sunset on February 6, 2001. This 5th day of February 2001.
