BY THE GOVERNOR:
In January 2001, at 345 Stokes Avenue, Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia, the bodies of half brothers Abdur Rahim Robinson and Yasiah Robinson were found shot to death; and Section 45-12-35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated provides that the Governor of the State of Georgia is authorized, in his discretion, to offer and cause to be paid a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons who have committed a felony in the State of Georgia (conviction meaning a final judgment of conviction and the affirmance of that conviction upon any appeal taken).
Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of Georgia, it is hereby ordered that a reward in the amount of $6,000.00 is hereby offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the deaths of Abdur Rahim Robinson and his half brother Yasiah Robinson.
