The Georgia Film and Videotape Advisory Commission was established by executive order dated October 21, 1999, as the successor to the Georgia Film and Videotape Advisory Board;

NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
That the Honorable W. Randy Murray of Stephens County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Georgia Film and Videotape Advisory Commission for a term ending August 21,2002.
