EXECUTIVE ORDER

The 2000 Georgia General Assembly passed Senate Bill 435, changing the
number of seatson the Georgia Ports Authority which are to be appointed by the
Governor from the state at large from nine to twelve; and
W HEREAS:
Senate Bill 435 was signed by me on May 1, 2000, as Act 917 and became
effective May 1,200O;

NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
That the following persons be, and they are hereby, appointed as members of the Georgia Ports Authority to serve in accordance with Senate Bill 435 for initial terms of office ending June 30,2004:
